This holly green tutu is made with the finest quality tulle and is embellished with a red and green holiday inspired plaid ribbon around the waist and a poinsettia red satin bow. Unlike most of the tutus out there, our tutus are sewn, not tied. The durable, non-roll elastic waistband is covered with holiday red soft satin fabric for a more comfortable feel. This tutu is durable, comfortable, and made in the USA. Perfect for every upcoming holiday party and portrait session. Your little one is sure to inspire "ooohs" and "awws" in this adorable tutu. Mix and match with coordinating leg warmers, tiaras, hair clips, and other accessories. The satin covered elastic waist stretches to fit sizes 0-12 month, 12 month-2T, 2T-4T, 5-8. Returns & exchanges:
Due to the nature of our business and our dedication to providing the highest quality products to all our customers, we accept returns and exchanges on unused/unworn product only. Product must be returned in undamaged original packaging and must show no signs of wear or damage. No returns on custom made items unless we have made a mistake, meaning we sent the wrong size, wrong color, defective item, etc. If we have sent a wrong or defective item please let us know by email or by calling our customer service line within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return/exchange request has been approved we will make the arrangements to get the correct item shipped to you right away, usually within 48 hours of receiving the defective/wrong merchandise. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns and shipping charges will not be refunded. This 15% restocking fee also applies to unauthorized refusal of packages. All returned and exchanged items must be in new and unwashed/unworn condition with original packaging still in tact. Shipping charges cannot be refunded for returns and exchanges unless the items were defective or you received the wrong item. Taxes and duties on international shipments are not refundable. Our primary concern is that you, our customer, is happy with the products and services offered at RockstarTutu.com. If you have questions and concerns, please let us know. Please avoid keeping your package around strong odors such as cigarette smoke. If you need to make a return, we cannot repackage or resell items that contain these odors for sanitary reasons and any returns with such odors will be returned at your cost. ALL ORDERS PLACED FROM OCTOBER 15TH TO NOVEMBER 1ST ARE NON RETURNABLE. Any return received with missing items, that appears warn or damaged, or is sent without original packaging will not be credited.
