Made from the finest wintry white tulle, this tutu is embellished with candy cane red satin ribbon and a matching red and white striped ribbon along the waist. Unlike most of the tutus out there, our tutus are sewn, not tied. The durable elastic waistband is covered with candy cane red satin fabric for a more comfortable feel. We accept returns and exchanges on unused/unworn product only. Product must be returned in undamaged original packaging and must show no signs of wear. No returns on custom made items unless we have made a mistake: wrong size shipped, wrong color, defective item, etc. If we have sent a wrong or defective item please let us know by email or by calling our customer service line within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return/exchange request has been approved we will make the arrangements to get the correct item shipped to you right away, usually within 48 hours of receiving the defective/wrong merchandise. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns and shipping charges will not be refunded. All returned and exchanged items must be in new and unwashed/unworn condition with original packaging still in tact. Shipping charges cannot be refunded for returns and exchanges unless the items were defective or you received the wrong item.
