Shipping and Delivery

You can select USPS Priority (2-3 day) or USPS Express (1-2 day) for domestic orders. International orders are USPS International Priority with the exception of Canada, which are upgraded to FedEx.

Most items are sewn to order, so please allow 2-5 days prior to shipment for your tutus to be made. Custom or large orders may have a slightly longer wait time depending on order size and our current sales volume. 


Returns and Replacements

If your order arrives and it is not correct, please let us know so we can fix it by emailing us at or contacting us through our Webform

Return/exchange policy:
We accept returns and exchanges on unopened and unworn product only. Product must be returned in undamaged original packaging and must show no signs of wear. No returns on custom made items unless we have made a mistake: wrong size shipped, wrong color, defective item, etc. If we have sent a wrong or defective item please let us know by email or by calling our customer service line within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return/exchange request has been approved we will make the arrangements to get the correct item shipped to you right away, usually within 48 hours of receiving the defective/wrong merchandise. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Since all of our items are custom MADE TO ORDER, there is a 50% restocking fee for all returns.  Shipping charges will not be refunded. All returned and exchanged items must be in new and unopened/unworn condition with original packaging still in tact. Shipping charges cannot be refunded for returns and exchanges unless the items were defective or you received the wrong item. ALL ORDERS PLACED FROM OCTOBER 10TH TO NOVEMBER 1ST ARE NON RETURNABLE. 

Please avoid keeping your package around strong odors such as cigarette smoke. If you need to make a return, we cannot repackage or resell items that contain these odors for sanitary reasons and any returns with such odors will be returned at your cost.  Any return received with missing items, that appears warn or damaged, or is sent without original packaging will not be credited.
