Shipping and Delivery

You can select USPS Priority (2-3 day) or USPS Express (1-2 day) for domestic orders. International orders are USPS International Priority with the exception of Canada, which are upgraded to FedEx.
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. Custom or large orders may have a slightly longer wait time depending on order size and our current sales volume. We currently only ship to the USA, Canada, Mexico, UK, and Australia.

Returns and Replacements

If your order arrives and it is not correct, please let us know so we can fix it by emailing us at contactus@rockstartutu.com or contacting us through our Webform.

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges within 30 days for unworn and unopened product with a 15% restocking fee.

Unfortunately we cannot issue a credit for custom ordered items or return shipping charges.

To return your products please email us at: contactus@rockstartutu.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.

Privacy

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. At Rockstar Tutu, we want to make your experience online as safe and satisfying as possible. Under no circumstance does Rockstar Tutu divulge any information about an individual user to a third party. We will never share or misuse any information you provide including name, phone number, credit card, address etc. when placing an order.
