Every durable elastic waistband is covered with super soft satin fabric for a more comfortable feel. These tutus are durable, comfortable, and made in the USA. This is a custom made item therefore no returns or exchanges are permitted unless product is defective or not made as ordered. Custom made tutus are generally completed withing 2-3 business days after order is placed. If you need your order expedited please contact us before placing your order.
